When you become a parent, you suddenly enter a world of products you didn’t know existed.
And somehow… you’re expected to choose the “right” one.
Baby monitors are one of those things.
Some are basic. Some look like they belong in a NASA control room.
We went somewhere in the middle.
Here’s what actually matters (in my opinion):
1. Reliability
If it cuts out or glitches, nothing else matters.
2. Ease of use
You don’t want to be troubleshooting tech at 2 AM.
3. Camera quality (within reason)
You don’t need 4K. You just need to see your kid clearly.
4. Peace of mind
This is really what you’re paying for.
And honestly… if it gives you that?
It’s probably worth it.
Because parenting is stressful enough. Anything that makes it a little easier is a win.
