It wasn’t from a podcast.
It wasn’t from a parenting expert.
It came from watching great customer service.
Everywhere I go, I pay attention to how people make others feel.
The host who remembers a name.
The server who notices something before being asked.
The employee who solves a problem before it becomes a complaint.
Those moments matter.
Parenting is remarkably similar.
The best parents aren’t perfect.
They are present.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned this year is that children don’t need perfection.
